Indy 4 anyone? Heres a roundup of the latest info on the MIA franchise, tho after the Star Wars films anything touched by the beardie one (Lucas, not Spielberg) frightens me. Elsewhere, we have screens from Basic Instinct 2, I must be the only red blooded male in the western hemisphere who hasn't seen the original?

Silent Hill movie trailer is out. Pretty freaky stuff. Latest Superman pics over here. I have no idea what's going on over here but I like it.

Thanks to Azrael Strife for finding the Falling Bush game. It's almost as good as this.

UPDATE: Trailer for the movie Special. My kinda thing methinks

Is It Me Or Are Games Getting Worse Every Year? | January 21, 2006 at 12:59 PM

FullAuto: Another thing I noticed is a lack of Fun.

The older I get the more it seems that FUN is all i ask for in a game. Fuck gfx or sounds etc as long as its basically fun I dont care how technologically brilliant or ground-breaking bla bla bla it is, i just want to be able to lose myself in a game and escape the bastard of reality for a while.

Powerpuff Girls Comics! | January 21, 2006 at 12:48 PM

God forgive me but i totally expected that to turn into some dodgy fan-made porn-fest.

Geez, i spend too much time online

Revolver | January 20, 2006 at 12:24 PM

I assume its horrible, heard whispers to that effect, tho havent seen it

Brillian | January 16, 2006 at 10:04 PM

I dunno, i thought he looked surprisingly "up for it"

We All Survived Friday 13th Then | January 15, 2006 at 12:50 PM

Ultraviolet just looks like a complete clusterfuck to me

We All Survived Friday 13th Then | January 14, 2006 at 01:49 PM

Check this out, it's Han Solo having a bad day. Wish i could get a job as a professional lego artist.

Controversial PS3 comments, worth a read.

Video games in schools. Makes sense, use the current available media and technology to improve learning, its why we don't ask our kids to write on papyrus, right?

Paramount wants more picard. Don't we all? But I suspect DS9 could pull off a great movie. Cool article on overseas packaging for video games. Trailer out for UltraViolet. It sets a new standard for just trying too hard to impress and just coming across as all too needy. Loads of classic games available for easy play on this site, hold my calls I'll be busy the next few hours!

Wow | January 13, 2006 at 04:57 AM

Sometimes the web really is amazing, check this thread out. It just keeps getting better and better, a fantastic read. Reminded me of this classic scammer takedown. Both big reads so get comfy!

Geez, I'm on a roll, this is also good stuff.

A new look for SpiderMan. Marvel are bloody clueless, how can it be a good idea to radically change the look of their #1 licensed property? Especially as last time they did it in the 80's it failed...

Is Tom Hanks really trying to save Star Trek? Only time will tell!

Blade Tv Show | January 12, 2006 at 04:50 PM

new shot of Kirk Jones as Blade, the Vampire Hunter, in the upcoming Spike TV series pilot, written by David Goyer.

it.....will......SUCK

See No Evil | January 12, 2006 at 04:39 PM

Possibly the most generic and cliched horror trailer i've ever seen. Looks like a guy (WWE wrestler Kane) chases a load of kids around and offs them. Why they dont just leave the building is unclear;

Its Tuesday. Again. | January 10, 2006 at 05:51 PM

In all seriousness I do own this;
http://www.amaz...7254950-8450856
and its very funny stuff. In real life he's clearly a top bloke, i'm just not convinced he should be a director. Writer? Yes.

Ginger snaps rule the biscuit dunking world

Its Tuesday. Again. | January 10, 2006 at 11:13 AM

Trailer out for Clerks 2. I think Kevin Smith is vastly overrated but I can't seem to not watch his crap, what's the deal with that? His standup lecture DVD "An evening with Kevin Smith" is very funny though.

This is unbelieveable. I can't believe the VW board sat around and discussed possible adverts then came up with this and couldn't see any potential for causing offense. Mental.

Get well soon Kylie, we miss you.

Hyperdrive comes closer.

Last year's winner in the nuclear and future flight category went to a paper calling for experimental tests of an astonishing new type of engine. According to the paper, this hyperdrive motor would propel a craft through another dimension at enormous speeds. It could leave Earth at lunchtime and get to the moon in time for dinner. There's just one catch: the idea relies on an obscure and largely unrecognised kind of physics.

Anyone else dying for e-book readers to catch on?

George Bush gets more bizzarre;

Last Thursday, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity.

In other words, it's OK to flame someone on a mailing list or in a blog as long as you do it under your real name.

I'm off to SilentPCReview. My own personal quest for a silent pc lives on. My current theory is installing my pc in deep space. Possibly on the dark side of the moon. That should stop the noise.

UPDATE: Just had to share this. Enjoy!

Sunday Shenanigans | January 8, 2006 at 01:11 PM

I really can't decide just how frighteninging this is. Whereas this bizarrely looks kinda fun!.

Final unbeatable method just went online for stopping windows crashes.

Hope this isn't news to you but;

IT WILL come as a shock to film fans who have spent their Christmases stocking up on their movie collections, but the technology industry is in agreement: the DVD is dead. Consumer electronics companies have begun to show off what they believe will be the next generation of home video technologies. But despite the common belief that the DVD is history, the industry is split over what the next step should be.

Check out the Optimus Keyboard, very cool though nothing to do with Transformers.
